Call For Papers

The MEDCOM 2024 is the 9th edition of a series of successful editions of the MEDCOM conferences organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management. The MEDCOM annual conference series initiated in 2015 (The MEDCOM 2015) in Beijing, China. After the initiation, the 2nd conference (The MEDCOM 2016) was also organized in Bangkok, Thailand. The 3rd conference (The MEDCOM 2017) were held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the 4th conference (MEDCOM 2018) were held in Bangkok, Thailand and 5th conference (MEDCOM 2019) were held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 6th and 7th editions were held online and the 8th conference (MEDCOM 2023) was held in Bangkok, Thailand.
MEDCOM 2024 serves as a global platform for the exploration of cutting-edge developments and research breakthroughs in the field of Media and Mass Communication. The conference will convene prominent Professors, Researchers, Academics, Scholars, Administrators, Media Professionals, Industry Representatives, International Participants, and Specialized Groups from across the globe, all actively engaged in the dynamic and multidisciplinary realm of Media and Mass Communication. MEDCOM has earned widespread recognition within academia and the associated community worldwide for its unwavering commitment to setting high standards, fostering impactful contributions, and upholding quality in the field.

We invite you to submit your original and unpublished research papers, case studies, and posters related to media and mass communication and its various dimensions. OBJECTIVES OF THE MEDCOM 2024

One of the main objectives of the MEDCOM 2024 is to enhance the standards of the global academic, research, and scientific community. This is achieved by providing them with insights into the most recent trends, advancements, and challenges in the field, all while focusing on the theme of “Reshaping and Challenging the Neoliberal Model: Evolving Practices in Crisis, Conflict, and Creative Communication.”

The conference theme “Reshaping and Challenging the Neoliberal Model: Evolving Practices in Crisis, Conflict, and Creative Communication” to pivot towards progressive strategies and transformative practices in the realm of Media and Mass Communication. This conference serves as a convergence point for professionals, policymakers, scholars, students, scientists, and industry leaders to delve into the realm of practical approaches within media and mass communication. By showcasing successful media initiatives and fostering collaborative discourse, the event aspires to ignite actionable solutions for advancing the field of media and mass communication and addressing the contemporary challenges it faces.

The conference is specially designed by the TIIKM Research and Development team together with a committee of experts and International Universities and networks with the guidance of Academic Governing Body of TIIKM conferences. Conference will consist with several special issues and High quality supported journals while Conference proceedings published in Open Journal System (OJS) with Indexing and DOI.

Presentation awards are one of the key elements of the conference.
