Emiliano Ilardi

Associate Professor in Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes at the University of Cagliari, where he teaches Sociology of Cultural Processes and Narratology and Digital Storytelling. From 2015 to 2018 he has leaded the e-learning degree program in Philosophy and Communication Theories. He is member of Linguisticamente International Research Group of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Philosophy of the University of Cagliari. From 2010 he cooperates with “Digilab – Mediateca delle scienze umanistiche” research center at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, where he works on designing e-learning courses, planning an observatory on italian cultural institutions digital communication, and managing online communication of archeological excavations sites. He is in the editorial board of Meltemi series “Nautilus”, Aracne series “Media Heritage” and Archphoto journal.
His research interests include sociology of literature, sociology of imaginary with a focus on urban spaces and youth representations, design of new technologies and teaching methods for school and university, digital communication of cultural heritage.
